Indoor track?Awhile back there was a survey about what you wanted in an indoor track somewhere near miles mountain. Anyone heard any news on if its going to be built or not?

An offer was made for the building now it's a waiting game. The owner will get the offer and either accept it or not. If they except the offer then it's off to the lenders. Once the money is obtained then it's time to get to work. The building has been idle for five years and a lot needs done. The goal is to open in the fall of this year. It's been a long process - over a year now!
It will still help to take the survey if you haven't done so. Please pass the word about the survey, the more numbers that take it the better it looks to the lenders.
Oh and yes now you know who is doing this project!

At least I didn't let the cat out of the bag on that one. haha. I'm sure we are all hoping everything goes as hoped. It would be great to see this become a reality for this coming year.

I made an offer on the building but the owner took it off the market. To build a building the size needed for indoor motocross would cost one and a half to two million and the number of riders needed per weekend would be too much (unrealistic).
The business plan is made so if something opens up I will take a look at it. After a year and a half of planning it is very disappointing but if it is meant to be then something will work out.
Thanks to all that took the time to fill out the survey. We had thousands of responses!
